Retinol (also known as vitamin A), vitamin E and zinc oxide play a special role in our Bee Balm. While retinol is known for its anti-wrinkle properties, zinc oxide is used as a natural protection against sun exposure. This property can provide preventative protection against possible wrinkles, especially in summer.
The natural ingredients also provide an alternative application option for nasal care (e.g. dry nostrils) or, thanks to zinc oxide, for pimples.
Lip care made from high-quality bee products
A natural lip balm with concentrated bee power provides your lips with more moisture, nourishes and prevents lip wrinkles at the same time.
The base of shea butter, wool and beeswax gives your lip balm nourishing and smooth properties. Manuka honey and royal jelly nourish and protect your lips all year round, especially in the fall and winter against dry and chapped lips.
The smooth consistency allows the balm to spread comfortably on the skin without leaving a noticeable greasy film on the skin.
The pump attachment enables hygienic sharing with our loved ones, unlike with conventional lip care products.
What does royal jelly do?
According to biologists, the queen bee's only food is responsible for her long life. It is rich in nutrients such as the vitamin B group, proteins and fats, which nourish and moisturize our lips. Cell regeneration and the reduction of lip wrinkles are the main focus here. The fats in royal jelly support collagen production and bind moisture to the skin cells in the lips. The effect of Manuka honey
We have deliberately added our own Manuka honey MGO 400+ to the Bee Balm. Manuka honey provides natural lip care, especially for dry, chapped and sensitive lips. In naturopathy, honey is considered an antibacterial and natural protective barrier against bacteria and pests. This protective barrier forms on the lips so that they are intensively moisturized while preventing moisture loss and dryness.
Which natural care products are included?
In addition to concentrated bee power from Manuka honey, beeswax and royal jelly, the Bee Balm contains special natural products with unique properties.
The natural base of shea butter contains essential ingredients and nutrients that have a moisturizing, nourishing and skin-regenerating effect.
Lanolin is a purely natural product and can bind water in the skin and is similar in composition to human skin. Lanolin is very well tolerated. It supports the build-up of natural skin lipids and provides natural care for dry, chapped and cracked lips.
In cosmetics,jojoba oil is considered to be firming and moisturizing, especially for dry lips. This special oil can also support skin regeneration.
Sunflower oil is said to have skin and wound regenerating properties. Sunflower oil can provide natural care for chapped and cracked lips.
