The UV filter DHHB (Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate) is approved in accordance with the EU Cosmetics Regulation. The Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety, SCCS for short, rates it as safe. It is considered neither endocrine disruptive nor mutagenic and is tested for purity per batch.
