Royal jelly is the precious food of the queen bee – and one of the most valuable products from the hive. Naturally rich in vitamins, amino acids and lipids, it intensely nourishes delicate lip skin: it moisturises, supports the skin’s appearance and leaves lips noticeably soft. No wonder we speak of royal lip care.
That’s why high-quality royal jelly from organic cultivation is included in both balms. In the BEE BALM it combines with Manuka honey MGO 500+ and beeswax into a rich care formula – ideal for dry, chapped or stressed lips in everyday life. In the SUN BALM the same bee care meets modern high-performance protection – SPF 50+ protects, royal jelly nourishes and replenishes.

The delicate skin of the lips is particularly susceptible to UV damage because it contains very little melanin and is often left unprotected. The SUN BALM is the daytime companion for regal moments: a highly effective blend of modern UVA/UVB filters and zinc oxide provides SPF 50+, a berry-rosé tint refreshes the lip look, and a subtle vanilla scent makes it a small luxury moment – applied in the morning, protected and cared for all day.
UVA rays penetrate deep into the skin layers, promote free radicals and encourage collagen breakdown – a key factor in photoageing and loss of elasticity. UVB rays act more superficially but can cause acute problems like sunburn. Consistent UV protection is therefore essential for the lips as well.
When the day is over, the BEE BALM takes over. Odourless, timeless, soothing – it cares for lips stressed by the day in peace and without distraction. Lanolin is a pure natural product whose composition closely resembles human skin lipids – it binds moisture, strengthens the skin’s natural barrier and is ideal for dry, chapped and cracked lips. Beeswax forms a protective film over the lips, locks in moisture and gives both balms their characteristic velvety texture.
Both formulas also contain Manuka honey MGO 500+. This premium New Zealand honey is known for its exceptional caring properties and provides long-lasting hydration from within.
