DIAGNOSIS OF WARTS

The formation of warts is promoted by human papillomaviruses (HPV). There are many different types of HPV. Most warts are prickly warts, which are the size of a pinhead to a pea, look scaly and rough and mainly appear on the hands. Flat warts are usually diagnosed in young children and adolescents. They are flat, relatively small and can be found on the face or hands of those affected. Warts that develop on the feet are divided into mosaic warts and plantar warts. While mosaic warts are flat and distributed like a mosaic, plantar warts grow deep into the skin and can even cause pain when walking, as if you were stepping on thorns.

The wart (lat.:"Veruccae") is a reaction of the body, which is caused by different viruses. In medicine, the wart is regarded as an autoimmune disease.

PROPOLIS

Propolis tincture 20%:
Propolis tincture 20% is ideal for the cosmetic treatment of warts. We recommend applying the 20% propolis tincture directly to the wart and preferably covering it with a plaster. This prevents the propolis from smearing and keeps it on the wart. You can repeat this application several times a day. This application allows the ingredients of the propolis tincture to penetrate directly into the affected area and provide support.

Alcohol-free propolis spray:
Our alcohol-free propolis (mouth) spray is suitable for direct application to the affected skin areas. The propolis spray forms a light, sticky protective layer on the skin, which acts like a natural plaster. It is quickly absorbed by the skin and leaves it feeling pleasant. Our alcohol-free propolis spray can be applied several times a day as required.
