Our Manuka Kombucha Syrup contains high-quality Manuka honey with a methylglyoxal content of 514 mg/kg - an exceptionally pure honey from New Zealand that is prized for its intense flavor and special purity. Manuka honey is characterized by its natural ingredients, which make it a valuable ingredient in the daily diet.

The recipe is complemented by propolis, a natural resin mixture used by honey bees to seal and protect their hive. Propolis is rich in bioactive compounds such as flavonoids and phenols and has been valued for centuries for its natural protective properties.

The syrup contains high-quality fermented kombucha, which has been prized as a traditional drink for centuries. Kombucha is produced by fermenting black or green tea with a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeasts, which gives it its characteristic, slightly sour taste.

The name "kombucha" is derived from the Japanese word for "tea" (cha) and the Korean word "kombu", referring to the traditional preparation and living culture.
