You can safely take alcohol-free propolis during your pregnancy. Propolis can be part of a balanced diet and help support general wellbeing. The alcohol-free Propolis Tincture 5% is very simple to dose: take 1 drop per 5 kg of body weight each day. You can take the dose with water, juice or honey.
