Wacholder aus der Toskana, Zitrusfrüchte aus Sizilien, feine Kräuter und echter Manuka-Honig treffen hier aufeinander. Nach mehreren Verkostungen war klar: Zitrone ist die perfekte Ergänzung zur natürlichen Honignote.

MANUKA VIRGIN is the result of a special collaboration: bedrop, which specializes in high-quality bee products and the power of Manuka honey, and Quarantini, experts in non-alcoholic beverages and artisanal drinks.
It all started with a friendly exchange: Boris met our two founders and learned that they would enjoy his products, so he traded non-alcoholic alternatives from Quarantini for New Zealand Manuka honey from bedrop—Betül and Florian only drink non-alcoholic beverages themselves, making it a perfect match. That exchange turned into a true collaboration: bedrop Manuka honey, combined with Quarantini’s expertise and experience.
What happens when real Manuka honey meets the flavors of a classic aperitif? MANUKA VIRGIN—a collaboration unlike anything that’s come before.
This collaboration was initially intended solely as a treat for guests at the 5th-anniversary celebration, but after the positive feedback, it was clear: our beloved Honeybees had to have the chance to enjoy it, so we had a small batch produced by Quarantini.
