Application

Manuka honey:
1 teaspoon in the morning
Propolis drops 20%:
pure or in cream or similar 3-5 drops 2x daily

Storage & shelf life

Store the bee products in a cool and dry place. Protect from direct sunlight.

Store the royal jelly fresh in the refrigerator and use within 12 weeks.

Active Ingredients

Royal jelly

Royal jelly is produced exclusively for the nutrition of the queen bee and combines B vitamins, proteins, minerals and amino acids in concentrated form. Traditionally used to support general well-being.

Royal jelly is produced by young worker bees in special glands and is used exclusively to feed the queen bee. It contains valuable B vitamins, especially pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), as well as essential amino acids, enzymes and natural antioxidants. The milky white substance can help to promote a feeling of energy and inner balance.

Manuka honey

Manuka honey is a premium honey from the New Zealand manuka bush with a particularly high methylglyoxal (MGO) content. We use Manuka honey with an MGO content of at least 500+. Traditionally used to care for and strengthen the mouth and throat and to support the well-being of the throat area.

Manuka honey (Mel) is produced exclusively by bees that collect the nectar of the wild manuka bush (Leptospermum scoparium) in New Zealand. In addition to natural sugars, it also contains enzymes, amino acids, vitamins and antioxidants. The characteristic feature is the high content of methylglyoxal (MGO), a naturally occurring substance that can vary greatly depending on the quality. We use Manuka honey with an MGO content of at least 500+.

Propolis

Propolis is the putty resin of bees with over 300 natural ingredients, including resins, pollen and valuable flavonoids. Supports the immune system and the body's natural defenses.

Propolis (Propolis Cera/Propolis Extract) is produced by bees as a protective resin for their hive and serves to disinfect the entrance hole. The tickling resin consists of resins from various plants, pollen, essential oils and beeswax. The more than 300 identified ingredients include valuable polyphenols and flavonoids, which act as natural antioxidants. When used internally, propolis can help to support the body's own defenses and promote general well-being. Important note: Do not use if you are allergic to bee products.

Propolis, also known as bee glue, is the hive’s natural protective substance. Worker bees collect plant resins and process them with their own enzymes into a sticky protective material used for sealing, insulating and as a natural hygiene layer. In this set, propolis is provided both as flavour-neutral capsules and as a highly concentrated 20% tincture.

The set is completed by royal jelly, the exclusive queen feed produced by the bees. Worker bees make it from pollen, honey and an enzyme-rich secretion of their salivary glands. It serves as the queen’s exclusive food, enabling a lifespan of up to four years, while worker bees live only a few weeks. The set includes royal jelly both in convenient capsules and fresh, certified organic.
