Application

Propolis

Propolis is the putty resin of bees with over 300 natural ingredients, including resins, pollen and valuable flavonoids. Supports the immune system and the body's natural defenses.

Propolis (Propolis Cera/Propolis Extract) is produced by bees as a protective resin for their hive and serves to disinfect the entrance hole. The tickling resin consists of resins from various plants, pollen, essential oils and beeswax. The more than 300 identified ingredients include valuable polyphenols and flavonoids, which act as natural antioxidants. When used internally, propolis can help to support the body's own defenses and promote general well-being. Important note: Do not use if you are allergic to bee products.

Royal jelly

Royal jelly is the queen bee's exclusive food sap with a rich composition of proteins, vitamins and fatty acids. In cosmetics, it can help to maintain skin moisture and support skin regeneration.

Royal jelly is produced by young worker bees and is used exclusively to feed the queen bee. It contains valuable B vitamins, amino acids, enzymes and natural lipids, which are valued in cosmetic formulations for their nourishing properties. The nutrient-rich ingredient can help to keep the skin supple and promote a fresh, vital complexion.

Propolis, also known as bee glue, is one of the most fascinating substances from the hive. Worker bees collect plant resins and process them with their own enzymes into a sticky protective substance. In the hive, propolis is used for sealing, insulation and as a natural hygienic layer that protects the whole colony from external influences.

The set is complemented by royal jelly, the exclusive queen feed produced by the bees. Worker bees make it from pollen, honey and an enzyme‑rich secretion from their salivary glands. It serves as the sole food of the queen, enabling her to live for up to four years, while worker bees live only a few weeks.
