Manuka honey MGO 500+ provides the skin with moisture and supports its natural regeneration. Gelée Royale delivers bioactive peptides, essential amino acids and valuable lipids that strengthen the skin barrier and nourish the skin from within. Propolis completes the formula – rich in flavonoids and natural antioxidants that protect the skin from free radicals and oxidative stress. Each product in the range is formulated with the perfectly balanced concentration of these bee-derived ingredients – for protection that also cares.

SUN BALM LSF 50+ protects your lips from the sun while nourishing them to prevent drying. Its berry-rose tint gives a pretty sheen to the lips, so lipstick isn’t necessary in warm weather.

UV protection doesn’t start with the SPF number; it starts with the quality of filter technology. The carefully balanced filter combination provides reliable protection across the entire UV spectrum — photostable, highly effective and developed to meet the highest standards of modern sun care.
Alongside our zinc oxide, the most natural UV filter, we have included Tinosorb S, one of the most advanced UV filters available. It is considered particularly effective, stable under sunlight and notable for minimal skin penetration. The filter system is completed by Uvinul T 150 — a highly efficient, next‑generation UVB filter.
Thanks to the modern formulation, our suncare products apply very evenly, absorb quickly and leave a light, pleasant feel on skin and lips.
Important:
We do not use octinoxate and oxybenzone as UV filters in our formulations — filters associated with coral reef damage and regulated under Hawaii Act 104.

Behind our bedrop beauty Suncare is a clear conviction: sun protection and skincare need not be a compromise. That’s why this line combines sun protection with bee products such as royal jelly, Manuka honey and propolis.
Gelée Royale is the exclusive food of the queen bee — the bee that, fed only on this substance, reaches a lifespan many times that of a worker. Its exceptionally rich composition of amino acids, B vitamins and bioactive nutrients makes Gelée Royale one of the most prized care ingredients the bee produces. In the formulation of HIVE PROTECT it helps the skin actively regenerate and remain supple — even with daily sun exposure.
Manuka Honey MGO 500+ is no ordinary honey. It comes exclusively from the nectar of the New Zealand Manuka shrub and is notable for its particularly high methylglyoxal (MGO) content — the higher the MGO number, the higher the quality and effectiveness of the honey. MGO 500+ represents a quality level among the most exacting on the market. In skincare, Manuka honey works intensely to hydrate, soothes the skin and strengthens the natural skin environment — an ideal counterpart to the drying effects of UV radiation.
Propolis is the hive’s natural protective substance. Rich in flavonoids and natural antioxidants, it protects the skin from free radicals and oxidative stress — the very damage UV radiation causes every day. Royal protection for the lips
The SUN BALM combines precious bee care from Manuka Honey, beeswax and Gelée Royale with high-quality plant oils and butters. The rich shea butter base supplies essential nutrients that intensely provide the lips with moisture, nourish them and noticeably improve the skin’s feel.
Lanolin, a pure natural product, is very similar in composition to human skin lipids and helps retain water in the skin. It supports the lips’ natural protective barrier and is ideal for caring for dry, chapped and cracked lips.
The precious Pongamia oil from certified organic cultivation, together with nourishing sunflower oil, completes the formula and ensures a pleasant, non-sticky feel.
Thus the SUN BALM combines effective high-performance sun protection with deep-acting natural care from the hive – perfect for well-cared-for, supple lips all year round.
Care and moisture after sun exposure
Propolis & Gelée Royale for a unique skin sensation
Our bedrop beauty HIVE RECOVER After Sun was developed to give the skin exactly what it needs after UV exposure: calm, regeneration and care powered by the hive. Royal jelly supplies stressed skin with bioactive peptides, amino acids and B vitamins – supporting its active recovery. Propolis soothes irritated skin and, with its natural antioxidants, targets the free radicals triggered daily by UV radiation. Shea butter, sweet almond oil and ylang-ylang moisturise and turn application into a relaxing ritual after a long day in the sun.
Complemented by hyaluronic acid, panthenol and cooling cucumber extract – for instant refreshment and lasting regeneration.
