Early harvest

Honey that is harvested in spring until around June 15 is known as early honey and is the first harvest of the bee season. It is characterized by a high proportion of flower nectar. Due to its comparatively high glucose content of around 35%, this honey crystallizes quickly and changes from a liquid to a solid state.

Bee products have been a part of my life since childhood. Every morning, a teaspoon of bee pollen and propolis was part of my daily routine to boost my well-being.
