Active Ingredients

Propolis

Propolis is the protective resin of bees with over 300 natural ingredients, including flavonoids and polyphenols. It is valued in cosmetics for its soothing properties and can help to care for sensitive skin and scalp.

Propolis (Propolis Cera/Propolis Extract) is a complex natural product that bees produce from resins of various plants, pollen and beeswax. The rich composition with flavonoids, polyphenols and other bioactive components makes propolis a valued ingredient in natural cosmetics. The ingredient can help to soothe irritations and support the natural balance. Important note: Do not use if you are allergic to bee products. Tolerance test recommended for sensitive skin.

Almond oil

Almond oil is a mild vegetable oil from sweet almonds, rich in essential fatty acids and vitamin E. Can help to moisturize the skin and keep it supple.

Almond oil (Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil) is obtained by gentle cold pressing from the kernels of sweet almonds. The golden yellow oil contains valuable linoleic acid, oleic acid as well as natural vitamin E and beta-carotene. Due to its light texture, it is quickly absorbed by the skin without leaving a greasy film. The oil can help to support the skin's natural barrier and is particularly valued for sensitive or dry skin. Important note: Do not use if you are allergic to nuts or almonds.

Baking soda

Baking soda is a mineral salt with natural alkaline properties. It can help to neutralize odour-causing bacteria and regulate the skin's pH environment.

Bicarbonate of soda (sodium bicarbonate), also known as sodium hydrogen carbonate, is a white crystalline powder of natural origin. It has mild alkaline properties that can balance the pH environment on the surface of the skin. Baking soda is traditionally used in various areas of body care. The mineral salt can help to naturally reduce unwanted odours by neutralizing odour-causing bacteria.

Lemongrass oil

Lemongrass oil is an essential oil from the leaves of lemongrass. It is particularly valued in cosmetics for its fresh, citrusy fragrance and invigorating skin care sensation.

Lemongrass oil is obtained by steam distillation from the leaves of the lemongrass plant. The characteristic fragrance is created by natural components such as citral, geraniol and limonene. Lemongrass oil is often used in cosmetic products to give formulations a clear, fresh and revitalizing fragrance. It can leave a pleasantly refreshing feeling on the skin and make care products feel lighter, cleaner and more invigorating. Lemongrass oil is particularly valued for its natural fragrance profile in products for body care, foot care, deodorants or refreshing skin care. Important note: Essential oils should only be used in cosmetic products in suitable concentrations. A tolerance test is recommended for sensitive skin.

Natural deo mousse with propolis & lemongrass

The bees’ protective ingredient for your skin

Our Propolis Deo Cream combines pure propolis extract with nourishing natural oils for reliable, skin-friendly deodorant protection.

Propolis, also known as bee glue, is the hive’s natural protective substance. Worker bees collect plant resins and process them with their own enzymes into a sticky material that shields the hive from external influences and serves as a natural hygiene layer. These protective properties make propolis an ideal ingredient for daily body care.

A caring base of shea butter and almond oil keeps delicate underarm skin supple, while coconut oil provides extra nourishment. Zinc oxide supports natural deodorant protection, and lemongrass oil gives the Deo Cream its characteristically fresh scent.

For a fresh, cared-for skin feel all day long.

Product introduction personally by the founder

In this video I show you how to use the Propolis Deocreme correctly and easily fit it into your daily routine. I briefly explain how to apply it and what to watch out for.

Frequently asked questions

Here you’ll find all the answers to the most important questions about using, effects and ingredients of the Propolis Deocreme

What is propolis and how does it work?

Propolis is a resin‑like substance whose consistency can change with temperature. At temperatures up to 15°C it is brittle and hard; above that it becomes softer and more malleable, and at around 60°C it turns liquid. Bees mainly use propolis to maintain their hive, while humans can make use of its richness in vitamins and minerals for various needs, for example as supportive care for skin concerns or to support general well‑being.

How much propolis per day?

How much propolis should be taken per day depends on the product used. For this reason, the stated daily dosage should be followed.

Areas of use for propolis

Anyone who is not allergic or intolerant to propolis can use it without issue. It can be applied in many areas. Many people use propolis tinctures, which make propolis easier to use and dose. Treatment and application are individual and vary according to personal needs.
