<p>Royal<strong>jelly capsules:</strong><br>Take 2 royal jelly capsules in the morning on an empty stomach with plenty of water</p><p><strong>Bee Cream:</strong><br>2x daily (morning & evening) apply the Bee Cream to the skin and massage in (please leave out the eye area!).</p><p><strong>Bee Balm:</strong><br>Pump the lip balm directly onto your lips or a clean finger and spread it well over your lips. A small pump is sufficient for application. Use several times a day if necessary.</p>

Store Bee Cream, Bee Balm and royal jelly capsules in a cool, dry place.
See best before date for shelf life.
The Bee Cream must be used within 6 months after opening.

Not suitable for use in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to bee stings, bee products or any of the listed ingredients.
Please do not use on damaged wound skin.
Free from parabens, petroleum or silicone derivatives, artificial colorants, nanomaterials or artificially added fragrances!

The body has to get used to the active ingredients, so there may be slight watering of the eyes (due to the essential oils) & the effect unfolds after a certain time, so we recommend using the product for at least a month. The Royal Jelly capsules last for exactly 30 days. The cream is very economical and lasts longer.
