Apiair, also known as bee air therapy, is an alternative medical procedure within apitherapy. An inhalation device is used in which a small fan is attached to a beehive. The air from the beehive is fed through a tube to an inhalation mask.
This so-called bee air is said to be particularly beneficial for respiratory diseases and allergies. This form of therapy was developed in 1987 by a family of Austrian beekeepers.
