The specialty of bee products

At the heart of our hand cream is a unique trio of bee products. The MGO 400+ Manuka honey from New Zealand is a special honey made from the nectar of the Manuka plant. Propolis is a fascinating natural substance that bees produce from various tree resins and use as natural protection in the beehive. Beeswax, which the busy bees produce from their wax glands, completes this powerful composition and forms a protective film on the skin.

Nourishing plant butter for supple hands

Nature has given us two true treasures for skin care in the form of shea butter and cocoa butter. These high-quality plant butters are rich in essential fatty acids and vitamins. They make the skin supple and leave it feeling pleasant. The combination of these valuable butters makes our hand cream particularly rich.

Vitamins for care

With the power of vitamins A and E, our hand cream offers comprehensive care for your skin. The vitamins are important components of our formulation and contribute to a well-groomed complexion. The carefully selected ingredients support the skin's natural balance.

Frequently asked questions

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consetetur sadipscing elitr, sed diam nonumy eirmod tempor invidunt.

How do you store Manuka honey and how long does it keep?

All honey should be stored in a dark place. We have filled our Manuka Honey MGO 400+ in a dark and light-protected jar so that it can protect the honey from light. In addition, the honey should be stored in the dark with the lid closed. Honey must NOT be stored in the refrigerator, as honey can absorb water and become osmotic. This has negative effects such as poor quality and reduced shelf life of the Manuka honey. Manuka honey can crystallize after a time, this speaks for the honey and shows the activity, it can be consumed and used without any concerns. If, on the contrary, the honey becomes very runny after a while, it has absorbed too much moisture and should no longer be consumed. The high sugar content in honey serves as a natural preservative, which means that honey can be kept for many years. However, the honey's active ingredients diminish with the expiry of the best-before date, so it is advisable to consume the honey within the specified best-before date.

Is propolis the same as royal jelly?

Propolis and royal jelly are two different bee products: Propolis is also known as bee putty resin and is used by bees to stabilize and secure their hive and protect it from germs and viruses. Royal jelly is a vitamin-rich bee product that the bees use to nourish their queen.

Can you eat Manuka honey?

Yes, Manuka honey tastes just as delicious as "normal" honey and is therefore also suitable for use as a sweetener. In warm milk, (iced) tea or as a spoonful in yoghurt, your morning will be a well-intentioned treat!
