Conditions of participation
bedrop competition "Trip to New Zealand"
1. Organizer and general information
The organizer of the competition is
FLBE Health GmbH Melchiorstraße 2 68167 Mannheim Germany
Registered in the Commercial Register of the Local Court of Mannheim under HRB 748571 and represented by the Managing Directors Betül Yönak-Bein and Florian Bein.
bedrop is a registered trademark of FLBE Health GmbH.
The competition is not affiliated with Meta (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok or other platforms and is neither sponsored nor supported by them.
2. Entry period
Participation in the prize draw is possible in the period from 14.05.2026, 00:00 to 24.05.2026, 23:59 inclusive.
Participation is no longer possible after the end of the participation period.
3. Eligibility to participate
Only natural persons are eligible to participate,
- are at least 18 years old,
- are resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland and
- participate in the draw with event tickets a maximum of once per household.
Employees of FLBE Health GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
4. Method of participation and allocation of event tickets
There are three equal ways to participate in the prize draw.
Within the framework of these participation channels, event tickets will be awarded, which will be used exclusively for organizational selection in the draw.
Event tickets do not constitute a stake and do not guarantee a prize. The number of event tickets merely statistically increases the probability of selection without establishing a concrete or proportional chance of winning or a specific prize. The purchase is not a mandatory prerequisite for participation, the prize promotion is merely accompanying.
4.1 Participation by placing an order
Customers who place a paid and non-revoked order in the bedrop online store during the participation period are automatically entered into the prize draw. No additional registration is required.
Event tickets will be allocated based on order value as follows:
- Order in the store = 1 event ticket
- Order in the store from 79 € order value = 2 event tickets
Regardless of the number of orders, a maximum of 20 event tickets can be awarded by purchasing in the bedrop store.
4.2 Participation through newsletter registration
Participation is also possible without a purchase.
Persons who register for the publicly accessible bedrop newsletter during the participation period will receive 2 event tickets and thus take part in the prize draw.
Confirmation of the registration (double opt-in) is a prerequisite for the allocation of the raffle tickets.
4.3 Participation through social media engagement
People who follow the official bedrop Instagram or TikTok account during the participation period and like and comment on one of the marked competition posts will receive 1 event ticket.
The prerequisite is that the participating person enters their account name as part of the newsletter registration or via the form provided on the competition landing page so that the promotion can be assigned.
A maximum of 1 event ticket per person is possible through social media engagement.
5. Separate cash promotion (€100 promotion)
Independently of the prize promotion with event tickets, the organizer runs a cash promotion during the same period.
50 orders will be selected at random.
Each selected order will receive €100 in cash, which will be included in the shipping package.
The selection is independent of
- the number of products ordered,
- the order value and
- the number or existence of event tickets.
Event tickets have no influence on the cash promotion.
5.1 Conditions of the cash promotion
- Each order can contain a maximum cash amount of 100 euros.
- The cash promotion takes place exclusively during the participation period.
- There is no entitlement to cash payment, replacement or subsequent payment.
- Subsequent crediting or transfer is excluded.
- The cash supplement is voluntary and random.
If the order is revoked after receipt of the cash supplement, the statutory right of revocation remains unaffected; in this case, the cash amount must be returned together with the goods.
6. Prizes as part of the Event Ticket prize draw
In addition to the cash promotion, the following prizes will be awarded in a draw as part of the event ticket prize promotion:
- 1 × travel voucher worth €5,000 redeemable at Bucketlist Reisen (bucketlist-reisen.de) for a trip to New Zealand
- 5 × Manuka year's supply (12 jars of 140 g each)
- 250 × bedrop vouchers for €10 each
Together with the cash promotion, a total of over 300 prizes will be distributed. The total value of all prizes awarded as part of both promotions amounts to over €14,000.
Conditions for the main prize (travel voucher)
- The travel voucher worth €5,000 can only be redeemed with the travel provider Bucketlist Reisen (bucketlist-reisen.de).
- The specific travel period, the itinerary and the services included will be agreed directly between the winner and Bucketlist Reisen and are subject to availability.
- The voucher is redeemable until 31.12.2027. The date of booking the trip with Bucketlist Reisen is decisive.
- Payment of the prize in cash or offsetting against other services is excluded.
- The voucher can only be transferred to persons in the same household.
- If the voucher is not used in full, the remaining amount will be forfeited. The remaining amount will not be paid out or credited.
- Additional costs that exceed the voucher value of €5,000 (e.g. due to special requests, upgrades, different travel periods or additional travel participants) shall be borne by the winning person.
- Incidental travel expenses (e.g. travel insurance, personal expenses, visas) are not included in the prize and will not be reimbursed.
- The General Terms and Conditions of Bucketlist Travel also apply.
7. Draw and prize determination
The winners of the prize draw with event tickets will be determined at random on 26.05.2026 from all eligible event tickets.
The draw will be carried out in camera using a random generator.
The time interval between the end of participation and the draw results from the necessary verification of all entries.
8. Notification of the winners
The winners will be notified by e-mail or via the contact details provided when entering.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification or if the contact details provided cannot be used successfully, the prize will be forfeited and a new draw will be held.
Any taxes on winnings shall be borne by the respective winner.
9. Revocation and effects on participation
The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
In the event of complete revocation of an order, all event tickets received in connection with this order will be forfeited and participation in the prize draw will lapse in this respect.
Participation via newsletter registration or social media engagement remains unaffected by this.
10. Data protection
The personal data provided as part of participation will be processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out and processing the prize promotion and will be deleted after the end of the promotion in accordance with the statutory retention periods.
It will not be passed on to third parties unless this is absolutely necessary for the processing of the promotion.

11. Exclusion from participation
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw who
- violate these conditions of participation,
- provide false information,
- attempt to manipulate the promotions or
- participate more than once or circumvent the budget rules.
12. Liability
The organizer is not liable for technical faults beyond its control or for slight negligence.
13. Legal recourse and applicable law
Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country of residence of the participating person remain unaffected.
Cash payments (except for cash prizes) are excluded.
14. Agreement to the conditions of participation
By participating in the prize promotion, participants accept these terms and conditions of participation in full.
