There are plenty of promises in the world of natural cosmetics. Few of them can be verified—we know that ourselves. That’s why our Concentrated Anti-Aging Serum, with its high concentration of bee venom and royal jelly, is now the fifth bedrop product we’ve had independently tested: 31 women, eight weeks, applied morning and night, using three measuring devices that are considered the gold standard in cosmetic research. The result was our strongest moisturizing result to date. We couldn’t be prouder! But more on that later.
A Look at the Formula
The serum contains two ingredients found exclusively in the beehive. High-dose bee venom, with its main component melittin, which gives the skin a firmer, revitalized feel—a natural lifting sensation. And royal jelly—the nutrient-rich secretion that bees reserve exclusively for their queen—is rich in proteins, vitamins, and fatty acids.
Added to these are four proven ingredients: sodium hyaluronate provides intense hydration, acetylglucosamine supports the skin’s structure, vitamin B5 strengthens the skin barrier, and adenosine ensures a smooth complexion. You won’t find silicones or parabens in the formula.
The fact that just a few drops are enough is due to its form. A serum has a much lighter formulation than a cream. This allows the active ingredients to penetrate the upper layers of the skin more easily. This is especially important as the skin loses elasticity over the years and becomes less able to retain moisture. However, your cream doesn’t replace the serum: it completes your skincare routine and locks moisture into the skin.
We had this formula independently tested to see if it delivers on its promises. For eight weeks, 31 women between the ages of 35 and 65 applied the serum every morning and evening. The study was accompanied by objective measurements and surveys regarding skin feel, application, and perceived effects. The devices provide the numbers; the participants describe how it feels.

To objectively verify the serum’s effectiveness, the study used three measuring devices that are internationally recognized in cosmetic research:
All measurements were taken before the first application and after eight weeks, and compared to an untreated control area. This allows the serum’s effects to be tracked step by step.

The images are from four study participants: on the left, the eye area at the start of the study; on the right, after eight weeks of daily use—all captured under identical conditions. The skin texture appears smoother, and individual lines have become less pronounced.
What You Can Take Away from the Study
Measurement data is one thing. Ultimately, what matters is how the skincare product feels in everyday use and whether it has made a visible difference. After eight weeks, 93.55% of participants reported that their skin felt pleasant to very pleasant, 83.87% felt their skin was intensely hydrated, and 80.65% described their complexion as more youthful and radiant. We’re most pleased that 77.42% of the women reported that the serum outperformed their previous anti-aging products. Many of them had already tried quite a few products before.
Add to that the measured results: up to +115.7% more skin hydration, a measurably improved elasticity, and fewer, shorter, and shallower wrinkles. These results were recorded using instruments, not based on opinions. For us, the value of the study lies precisely in this combination. A good feeling on the skin alone could be a matter of perception; a measurement curve alone would remain abstract. Only together do they paint a picture you can trust.
The serum delivers on its promises, and this time, the measurements say so—not us.
