Propolis-Nasenspray

Many people get a runny nose in winter, but also in spring due to the pollen count. What do both needs have in common? You can support your body with a nasal spray and do something good at the same time. Many cheap nasal sprays often contain additives that can cause our body side effects, so it's all the better to use a simple one, natural nasal spray yourself! With just a few ingredients and a small bottle with a suitable atomizer, you can make your own nasal spray with sea salt in less than five minutes. In today's instructions, we refine the whole thing with mint, to breathe deeply and as an antibacterial effect, with propolis & manuka honey to provide the body with additional bee products and the power of nature. You can use homemade nasal spray several times a day without any side effects.

You will need:

1 empty bottle 30ml
1 pump sprayer for the nose
25 ml lukewarm water
2 gr sea salt
Propolis tincture 10%
Manuka honey MGO 400+
Japanese medicinal plant oil

Add 2 drops of Japanese medicinal plant oil, the sea salt, 10 drops of alcohol-free propolis tincture and a small pinch of bedrop Manuka honey MGO 400+ to the empty bottle. Now pour our lukewarm water into the bottle. Cut the tube of the pump sprayer to fit the bottle, twist it open and shake vigorously. Now the ingredients can dissolve well and form a homogeneous mixture. You can now use your home-made propolis nasal spray and keep it in your pocket as a daily companion in winter, spring and summer.

Did you know that propolis not only supports your well-being in winter, but can also inhibit the release of histamine in pollen allergy sufferers, for example? Please read our blog article "Effect of propolis on pollen allergies".
