Tips for the start of spring with bee products

Spring is a season full of life and vitality. With the onset of warmer weather, bees awaken from their hibernation and start producing propolis, royal jelly and manuka honey. These bee products have a long tradition in naturopathy and are valued for their valuable properties. They can provide us with good support in spring and give us a pleasant time during typical complaints such as tiredness, allergies and well-being.
Tip 1: Start the day fit
We all know it, especially after the time change we suffer from symptoms of tiredness and listlessness. We don't have the energy to start the day fit and take everything in our stride. After the short, dark winter days, our body is still in energy-saving mode. To prepare it naturally for the long and beautiful days ahead, it is important to start the day feeling invigorated. This is where natural energy boosters come into play. Instead of coffee and caffeine drinks, opt for natural Manuka honey and royal jelly. This is because royal jelly contains many nutrients that can boost energy levels and improve physical and mental performance. It is particularly rich in B-complex vitamins, which are essential for converting food into energy in the body.
