Manuka honey:
Take 1 teaspoon of Manuka honey daily.
Manuka-propolis anise spray:
for skin care: Spray the affected area with 1–2 pumps 2–3 times daily as needed
for oral care: Spray the affected area in the mouth and throat with 1–2 pumps 3–4 times daily.
