Traditional Tibetan Medicine (TTM)
Traditional Tibetan Medicine (abbreviation: TTM) is around 3,000 years old and has many similarities with Indian Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. The human being is viewed as a whole and is not treated spiritually but within a medical system. The basis for this is the theory of constitution according to three body energies:
- Wind (Tibetan Lung)
- Bile (Tripa)
- Phlegm (Päken)
