What the studies show

A clinical study on 22 test subjects examined a bee venom serum over 12 weeks of daily application to the face. The skin measurements were carried out with the Visioline® VL 650 - an instrumental method for objective wrinkle measurement. The study shows:

How does bee venom work in skin care?

Bee venom (apitoxin) is a natural complex of peptides and enzymes whose main component is melittin. In cosmetic applications, it is associated with the stimulation of the skin's own microcirculation and collagen production (see section 8). It does not act like a bee sting - the concentration in the serum is carefully dosed for cosmetic care.

I have a bee sting allergy. Can I still use the serum?

If you are known to be allergic to bee venom or other bee products, the serum is not suitable. If you do not yet know whether you are allergic, we strongly recommend a tolerance test: apply a drop to the inside of the crook of your arm and observe the area for 48 hours. If redness, itching or swelling occurs, do not use the product and speak to your dermatologist.

When will I see the first results?
