Well-being in fall and winter for the whole family

The golden fall has given us a nice transition into the cooler fall. We are now looking more and more towards winter and cold days. To ensure that you and your loved ones are well equipped during this time and are always strong in fall and winter, there are essential points to consider.
Immune system in fall and winter
The immune system is the system that fights bacteria, pathogens and viruses. This enables the human organism to fight infections and illnesses (e.g. flu, colds or skin problems). In summary, it stimulates the body's defense system and elements. To ensure that the immune system is always strengthened, a healthy balance should be maintained. This includes sufficient exercise in the fresh air as well as a healthy and balanced diet. The vitamins and minerals in fruit, vegetables and nuts in particular form a good basis for building up our immune system. Especially in fall and winter, various types of fresh tea (e.g. a homemade hot lemon) are a great way to enjoy and strengthen your immune system. The tea not only provides warmth from the inside out, it also moisturizes dry mucous membranes, which are usually caused by the heating air. Grandma's favorite in winter is not without reason a healthy, delicious soup, which, in addition to teas, gives us warmth and moisturizes our mucous membranes.
Let's briefly summarize what exactly strengthens our immune system:
- Vegetables
- fruit
- a balanced diet in general
- Fruit and herbal teas
- soups
- Exercise in the fresh air
My family has always attached great importance to soups in the diet, especially in winter. There is also an appreciation of natural products. Even as a child, I was allowed to take a teaspoon of propolis and honeycomb honey every morning before going to school (I understand every child who doesn't like the taste of propolis and would prefer to spit it out).
Propolis is considered an antibiotic and antiviral product in naturopathy. The bees use the sticky raw propolis to cement the hive, preventing infections and diseases from entering the hive. This effect is attributed to the high content of phenols and flavonoids, which fight against free radicals. Both substances can also be found in fruit and vegetables (e.g. apples, onions and pomegranates). Propolis, manuka honey and royal jelly contain these secondary plant substances from their natural origin and can support the actual nutrition.
Well-being for the whole family
We have put together two essential sets at a special price to keep the whole family full of vitality and well-being in the fall and winter.
- Children's set for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women
- Stay strong set for adults
1) Children's set
The comprehensive set for children, and my own experience speaks for itself. For being a very social and playful child, I had it easier in the fall and winter than my classmates. Every morning I had a teaspoon of propolis and honey. Then it was off to school. With a daily routine, the children's set consisting of Manuka honey MGO 400+ and alcohol-free propolis can support the well-being of children in particular. The dosage here is 1 drop per 10 kg body weight of alcohol-free propolis tincture and 1/2 teaspoon of manuka honey.

2) Stay strong set
The body is the motto in fall and winter, which is why we have named the Stay Strong Set. It contains the royal jelly capsules, propolis tincture 20% and Manuka honey MGO 400+. In naturopathy, royal jelly is considered a natural source of energy and is rich in essential vitamin B groups, which is of great importance for our body on dull and gloomy days. Propolis and Manuka honey are the combination to support wellbeing from the inside out. With a good routine, these three products can be easily integrated into everyday life: 2 royal jelly capsules on an empty stomach and 1 teaspoon of manuka honey with 1 drop per 10 kg body weight of propolis tincture 20% for breakfast.

Supporting well-being in the long term
It is important to know that our body reacts differently to natural products than it does to chemically manufactured products. We should not expect an immediate reaction from the body. For acute complaints, the dose should be increased to 3 times a day, but otherwise routine is the key to success. Support well-being all year round and not to "put out the fire". A balanced and varied diet, plenty of exercise for our cardiovascular system and all supported with natural products such as propolis tincture, manuka honey and royal jelly.
